On April 29th in Minsk the adventure multirace for the first time in the history of the city will start with the name Minsk City Race , where everyone - from the beginner to the professional can become its participant. Special sports preparation for participation isn't requided, and the necessary equipment is provided by organizers of the race.

Besides the main, maximum on duration and complexity of routes, organizers provided the simplified distances (class Fun, Business and Family) for families and groups on interests with coverage of the most interesting stages, intended on people with different preparation. The organizers of the Minsk City Race is Sports and mass establishment «Federation of adventure races» and Janka Kupala's State literary museum.
The place of start and the finish is located in the city center – in Janka Kupala's park near Janka Kupala's literary museum. A concert of the Belarusian groups will take place for fans and participants near a museum.
Following the results the team, wich will take 1-3 places in each class, will receive prizes from sponsors .

Opening of Vladimir Tolstyk's exhibition Melodies of the festive city

On September 10, 2025, at 18:00, the Mikhail Savitsky Art Gallery will open a personal exhibition of the People's Artist of Belarus Vladimir Tolstik. The exhibition, organized jointly with the National Art Museum and the National Center for Contemporary Arts, is dedicated to the Minsk City Day.

Visitors will see genre and allegorical compositions, portraits and urban canvases of the master, which combine the traditions of the Renaissance, romantic historicism and the Belarusian school of painting. A special place is occupied by the work My Academy, dedicated to the creative atmosphere of the Academy of Arts.

«THE MAGIC OF PASTEL»: An exhibition where magic is born

On August 20 at 18:00 the opening of the collective exhibition «MAGIC OF PASTEL» will take place in the Leonid Shchemelev Art Gallery. This is an event that all art lovers cannot miss.

Pastel is a material that gives the artist incredible freedom. Its lightness and pliability allow you to convey any mood, from fleeting impressions to deep, multi-layered compositions. At the exhibition, you will see how 13 talented authors, including classics and modern masters, reveal the potential of this material. Among them are Gavriil Vashchenko, Natalia Marchenko, Georgy Poplavsky and others.

The exhibition presents more than 60 works: from realistic landscapes and portraits to abstract and symbolic works. You will be able to appreciate how pastel combines with watercolor, acrylic and oil, creating unique visual effects.
