From November 7th till Novtmber 10th, 2012 The XI International specialized exhibition of the industry of beauty and health «INTERSTYLE-2012» will pass in Minsk.
This exhibition is the unique professional exhibition on this subject in Belarus and allows participants to take part in competitions, show displays and master classes with traditional work at exhibition stands.
More than 50 companies will take part in the exhibition. Here the various directions of the industry of beauty — perfumery, decorative, children's, medical cosmetics, means on the face and body care and hair will be presented; the equipment, furniture, accessories for the SPA centers, hairdressing salons and beauty salons, sunbeds, fashionable accessories, costume jewellery and many other things.
Within the exhibition the V International festival of hairdresser's art beauty, neyl-design and decorative cosmetics «HAIR-2012 WIND ROSE» and Superiority among Republic salons on the Cup of Minsk on hairdresser's art will take place. Guests and participants of the exhibition traditionally are involved by bright presentations and demonstrations at stands and podiums.

Open exhibition «LE CORBUSIER: Minsk Echo»

A unique open-air exhibition, «Le Corbusier: Minsk Echo» has opened in the very heart of historic Minsk. It is timed to coincide with the XVI National Architecture Festival and dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian Union of Architects. The project is being implemented with the support of the Embassy of France and the Embassy of Switzerland in the Republic of Belarus, as well as with the participation of the Minsk History Museum.

The exhibition introduces viewers to the work of one of the most influential architects of the 20th century, Charles-Edouard Jeanneret-Gris, better known to the world as Le Corbusier. His ideas radically changed the appearance of cities around the world, from France and Switzerland to India and the USSR. Le Corbusier's innovative concept of five architectural principles formed the foundation of modernist architecture and influenced the appearance of post-war Minsk: from the microdistricts of the 1960s–1980s to the water-green diameter of the capital.

The exhibition presents the master's completed projects in Switzerland and France — the countries with which the origins and flourishing of his work are associated. This traveling exhibition helps to look at the Minsk urban environment in a new way — through the prism of ideas that shaped the architectural thinking of the 20th century.

«Le Corbusier: Minsk Echo» is not just an exhibition, but an invitation to comprehend the city in which we live and the architectural reality that shapes us every day.
