International film fest Cinema Perpetuum Mobile

During 12-20 of January 2013 the second International film fest Cinema Perpetuum Mobile will pass in Belarus.

Cinema Perpetuum Mobile is the unique cultural event created by people, loving cinemas. The purpose of the festival is support of independent Belarusian cinema, assistance to beginning filmmaker, development of intercultural dialogue.
In 2012 the participation in a festival took about 190 films from 37 countries of the world, and this year organizers of the festival invite film professionals and fans from all over the world to divulge the view of problems of the 21st century. That festival will take place not only in Minsk, but also in other regions of Belarus (Gomel, Grodno, Lida, Molodechno, Vitebsk, Soligorsk, Mozyr, Baranovichi), and even other countries will be involved also. The festival program will consists of seven sections: game cinema; animation; documentary cinema; experimental cinema and videoart; musical video; ecological cinema; cinema for children.
During several festival days professional jury from leading cinematographers from all over the world with the audience will define winners in five nominations.
Cinema Perpetuum Mobile - the international project organized only by strengths of volunteers which invites to active cooperation. This year the partners of a festival are the international festivals of independent cinema, including Ascona Film Festival (Switzerland), Quest Europe (Poland), Zubroffka ISFF (Poland, Belostok) and Meters (Russia).
