The festival of Kizomba and Zouk II Fire Festival will be held in Minsk on 23-25th of May.

This year there will be 2 festivals in one - Fire Kizomba and Fire Zouk. They will gather dancers not only from Belarus and the CIS, but also from foreign countries: Angola, Portugal, Brazil, Spain, Finland, Poland, Lithuania, etc.

Zouk is a rhythmic paired dance, which runs on three accounts. In Creole Zouk means «party». The composition consists of both a smooth transition and rapid movements. Dance movements include steps and turns, beautiful hand movements and body bends.
Kizomba is a sensual and romantic dance, very similar to Zouk. This is a mixture of traditional Angolan semba and merengue.

For 2 days the best instructors will conduct workshops and master classes in which everyone will be able to learn new elements of Kizomba and Zouk, consolidate existing knowledge and improve their dancing. The festival participants will be able ot apply the same acquired skills on 3 incendiary parties with special guest DJs.
