On 26-29 of March 2013 a forum for professionals in the sphere of production, trade, restaurant and hotel business - «HoReCa&RetailTech» will take place in Minsk.
This forum collects a large number of participants from the various countries, and also the numerous audience. In the section HoReCa the audience and participants of a forum will be able to examine food, alcoholic and soft drinks, confectionery, and also the equipment for bars, cafe (furniture, textiles, ware and many other things).
In the section RETAIL (technology of retail trade) the equipment for minibakeries, the thermal, refrigerating, electromechanical, trade and vendingovy appliances will be shown.
By all means carrying out of the Gastronomic competition «Culinary Olympus» where the best chef from known restaurants of Belarus and invited chefs from other countries will show the art of preparation of dishes and will carry out open master classes.
